Supplying files for printing

We accept your files on CD, USB Memory Stick, Floppy or Email. 

Please identify the programs used and the version of the program.

For accurate output provide a composite print out of all pages. If you are emailing us the file fax us through a hardcopy on 3889 3988.

When supplying the native application files also include any external image files, such as tif, jpg and eps files.

The optimal resolution for image files is 300dpi at 100% actual size.

Make sure your colour images are saved in CMYK or GREYSCALE mode and NOT RGB.

Keep your file sizes down to a minimum by ensuring your images are no larger than they need to be.

Remember if your work is bleeding off the page add a 5mm bleed past the crop marks.

Provide a copy of all the fonts used in the file. Or convert all text to outlines if your program supports this feature.

Before we go ahead with your printing we need to have signed approval of your artwork proof.
